Scotsman
Well against my betetr judgement I've been persuaded to post some pics of my current project - a 32nd Spit Mk XIV, using the PCM 9E , and Radu's conversion - Here we goes.. Prior to a final coat of primer - showing where the resin joins the kit .. From the other side The new tail A close up of the pit - straight from the PCM box, and I'm afraid I'm not good enought to allow for the differences between a 9 and a 14 Final pic for now - the prop - will a little help from the Fisher Seafury Propeller jig Apart from a misplaced intake , (thanks Radu it arrived to-day - many thanks again) - its been a pretty straightfordward biuld so far - after this , well Radu's nose Cammet's low back conversion .. maybe! LSP_Kevin
Nice one mate! Yeah, I hate masking too... Wish I could get WEM paints as easily as you in these parts, as everybody raves about them. Kev
Edgar Brooks
Time for the paint this weekend I wish I could freehand RAF tight edged camo pattern You don't have to; the maximum permitted feathering was 1", but the design was for totally hard-edge. (No overspray = minimum drag.) Edgar
