MiG Black Smoke powder enhances the exhaust stain. MiG Standard Rust powder highlight the exhaust tips.
Landing gear doors and dive break added. Lead wire used for the plumbing.
Tail wheel secured. That Salmon Pink Primer MRP130 looks pretty cool. MiG Industrial City Dirt to be applied to the main wheels.

Hi guys,
I am presently building Revell's F-15e Strike Eagle. It's a big aircraft. As big as some WW2 1/32 aircraft.
At any rate here some progress shots.
Cockpit work. the Aces II ejection seats are from DEF Model. I am also using the Quinta IP set for the Revell kit. The Seats are just dry fitted so lean against their respective bulkheads I will move them forward when I glue them in place. The parachute packs are normally black in colour AFAIK, but I have seen some in OD so did one in that colour to give some visual interest. Also, on some photos the ejection rails are black on top then about half way down are the colour of the interior of the aircraft. I left them in all black.

Here she is coming together. landing gear on and the Gunship grey applied using Mr. Color C305. In the many photos I have looked at I noted one F-15E with a F-15C/D speed brake in place (probably a replacement?) so I decided to that on this bird. Seats still dry-fitted as I have to do some touch up work on them before gluing in place. Landing gear wheels are from Res-kit. Vent work started but not complete.

Revell included the side intakes that go on the conformal tanks but didn't put them in the instructions huh??? So, as you can see from the previous pictures they are not there. Yo can see I added them in this photo.
