  1. hi another "hard " point if you want to build an EJ phantom ,are the stencils , the fuselage , wings , the bottom fuselage too , are full of stencils which are specific to the Jap F 4 unfortunately , the DXM you are referring , doesn't provide stencils . However the Academy kit supplies these stencils with a bit of scratch build you can build a RF4 EJ , I mean not the Kay version .. if you allow Alain https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fforum.largescaleplanes.com%2Findex.php%3F%2Ftopic%2F96118-rf-4ej-phantom-501st-reconnaissance-squadron%2F&psig=AOvVaw3NKTonfQy-GQMFs9YT0B48&ust=1682872277456000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=2ahUKEwi56tXzwc_-AhUIsCcCHU5UDkoQr4kDegQIARAq

  8. hi the aft bulkhead is almost good as it is , you could add the same oblong thing on the left top side Alain
  9. Hi your photo above shows a Swiss Mirage ( the red stencils are written in French , Italian , and German) but is very interesting , it shows you some stuffs that you could add in the main part of the bay ............ yes the wing cavity were " always " ( note the quote ) natural metal
  10. hi I agree , maybe , different hues were used , I checked different photos , and indeed there are some variations of the green color .. the pictures I posted are from the Mirage III E from " Luxeuil " air base , the nest of the French " nuc guys " ....anyway , you wont be wrong whatever the green color you choose Alain
  11. hi sorry !! I don't want to screw up what you have done , but I think that the wheel wells are rather ...................green .. aren't they ?? ( that’s what my eyes see) the " yellowish " color is used on Swiss Mirage
  12. hi the photos above show the Mirage III S gear bays , no real difference , except the color ... if you want to deeply improve the front ,and main gear bays , you should take a look here , you will find some inspiration ......just scroll down the thread Alain http://www.saairforce.co.za/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=9344
  13. Hi if I was you , ..............but I am not .. I think that the cockpit deserves at least some etched parts from Eduard ......I agree that this cockpit is tiny , narrow ......and black , but the Eduard AM brings a touch of color Alain
