  1. Exciting stuff, I hope it's a twin German to be honest. Much needed, but will be happy to see what ever it is if it's a new type in the scale!
  2. Hijack away, I don't mind! wunwinglow, that would be great too, I have stuff I'd love cut/printed, but that'll be way into next year now. I will message you when I'm back off holiday. and that said, tools, resin and all kits packed away for two week, I'm off to sunny Mauritius for my anniversary, so no model making for me for a while. I hope you all have a good Christmas and get lots built! Thanks for the interest in the Bucc too, loads more to come, loads!
  3. I am coming to Belgium/Europe in the new year to see this, just let me know what show it's going too! That is superb, brilliant painting on them figures.
  4. For me, the O-2 if it's out by the end of the year closely followed by the Bird Dog. The T-28 mentioned is also a great release, I must get one soon. For non-LSP though, the Amodel Be-10 'Mallow', I have been after the ultra rare Deka vacform kit for centuries. Now I have one in injection moulded plastic!
  5. Cheers Rainer! Cheers Peter, I will be after some of your cockpit stuff if you've something suited for this? I really can't wait to press on Naa, this will be fun! I only say "chunks of resin" in jest mainly because they are and it weighs a tonne, I'm not mocking the kit at all... I was one of the people who asked him if he would produce it, in fact I think I was the first on his thread over on Britmodeller as I have been after a Buccaneer in large scale for years, so I can only praise Stuart. Thanks for checking in
  6. Exactly why I just mask the edge I need and use paper towel to do the rest, saves on material and it's five times quicker! Looking good Peter, roll on some paint!
  7. That is so cool, if I can get to even half that standard of modelling on my Bucc, I would be over the moon! Why I've only just seen that last update now is beyond me.
  8. Afternoon guys.. Not much of an update but things are happening. I have long wanted to get this build going, so I'm glad I can now do that. I've started the long process of cleaning up all the parts and making sure that they are all alinged & straight. The rear end is shockingly bad and will need the most work, but here is the front chunk of resin nose section. One half cleaned up against the non-cleaned up part.. There was a tonne of flash on this but I broke most off before sanding. and the cockpit tub, but I think I may re-do this from scratch. To be continued...
  9. Well, not sure why but I really want a hard challenge and bought a card model, a 1/33rd CL-215. I blame Peter's Tigercat build. No idea when I'm going to even attempt making it (from plastic), I have the Bucc to contend with.. Bought some other non-LSP stuff too, but I won't bore you with that
  10. I'd be happy to help you with hotel info, local info on places to eat etc if you ever plan on coming over.
  11. USAF? Hmmmm what could I build... I'd love something on the 32ndSIG/LSP stand, I failed this year.
  12. I REALLY want one of these.... Looking forward to seeing this come together!
  13. That's right Lee, I've been studying his thread over the last week or so. I believe my kit has some mods done that Andy has done to his (nose and something else that escapes me at the mo).
  14. So, after two years of being in a box from a house move... I've decided to bring this back out. Apologies for taking so long, I can't believe I posted here last in Jan 2014!
  15. Get your self a nice small kit, the V1 Fi-103R I built was brilliant, maybe the new Takom V2 when it's here (with truck). Did you ever start that Invader you got last year? Do you go to any shows up north? We've got Bolton in Jan, Huddersfield in Feb.. be good to catch up.
  16. Loved it Rich, just gutted I never went back for more photos, but I was so busy over the weekend! Massive is an understatement though, I have seen only one other built by a friend Higgy, and now yours.. Wish I could get the Avenger! Here's the two I took though early Sunday morning. Dare I ask what's next? (excuse the watermark, but if you want a higher res copy, just let me know and I will forward them over)
  17. No photos yet, but I will post some soon. Models I bought at Telford... Combat Kits BAe 146-100 1/72nd, (new resin kit, not to be confused with Combat Models) Modelsvit E-152A 1/72nd, (new release) Amodel Mil-6 1/72nd, Rare Resin Soko Galeb 1/48th, (never heard of them before, but love the aircraft so I snapped it up!) Vacform 125 bizjet 1/32nd scale, (from Tigger) Modelsvit Be-12 (for my Water Bomber project...)
  18. It's a decent size.... (more photos to come very soon, been busier than I thought I would be!)
  19. I did and introduced myself, I was with Ben.. I had the camera & tripod with me. Lovely Manchester btw!
  20. If you want a full size image Iain, send me a message with your email I've managed to get more photos done, the Large Scale Aircraft in the competition. https://radleighbushell.wordpress.com/2016/11/17/scale-model-world-competition-large-scale-aircraft/
  21. One of the models of the show for me, lovely work mate.
  22. Thanks guys, got loads of nice comments about it over the weekend which was great, boosted the confidence a bit. Will be starting the Trainer RE-4 very soon...
  23. New post up.... now working on other LSP at the show! Hope you enjoy. https://radleighbushell.wordpress.com/2016/11/15/32ndsiglsp-at-scale-model-world/
