The first aircraft, LC-X is based off photos of the aircraft in my private collection. The photos depict the Mustang finished in the earlier paint schemes of the 20th FG. They predate other photos of this aircraft when the tail filet was added, the upper surface green deleted and the "piano key" ID markings applied.
