Mark P
Other than the old Revell kit, does anyone provide us with a good large scale Vietnam era Huey? Sorry for the obvious question, but my knowledge of helicopter kits is not great. Thanks in advance for any replies. Mark Proulx
alaninaustria
I built the Monogram 1/24 Huey back in the day and absolutely loved it - it was well received by me at the time (when accuracy wasn’t an issue)!! Cheers Alan LSP_K2
phantomdriver
Academy did a "Heavy Hog " version a few years ago..
Dave Williams
MRC/Academy did 1/35 UH-1Cs in the aforementioned “Heavy Hog” and also “Frog” boxings. Panda (later reboxed by Dragon) did 1/35 UH-1Ds.
John1
For the D/H only real option is the Dragon kit since it appears that Kitty Hawk will never get around to release one, despite promises to the contrary. The Dragon kit has multiple issues but if you want to spend the time (a lot of time), it can turn out ok. Here's a build I did ages ago.
