BTW Harold,

Are you planning on making the back plate/ejection posts/parachute packs to go along with these??

I forgot to ask in the beginning, but am inquiring now, as the OOB parachute packs are also wrong, as they are depicted on the port side of both the pilot and observer, when only the pilot should have the chute pack on the port side, and the observers chute should be on the starboard side:

I did make a resin copy of the kit backing plate. I wasn't sure what I was looking at on some of the photos. It did seem to be totally different from front to rear.

More aftermarket: AOAdecals OV-10A decal sheets are available and shipping now. Review sheets went out yesterday.

See vendor thread for decal details:

Excellent seats as expected Harold. Hopefully you can get your HIPEG available again for the A boxing in Aug.

I have to get on the HIPEG right after the seats. I still need to add the new louvers to one side.

Oh yes, I have the wing tanks almost finished as well.

Hi Glen,

Please help me verify what I have found on the review in LSP...

http://www.defensemedianetwork.com/stories/ov-10-bronco-was-the-right-weapon-for-vietnam/

The fully assembled test shot model of KittyHawk 1/32 OV-10A Bronco

shows that the nose is a little longer than the real one.  The real upper wings of the OV-10A do not have any spoiler (or whatever) standing up like the OV-10D.

The Spoilers only deploy when the Aileron on that side of the wing deflects up to put the wing in a downward bank. It is on all OV-10's.

You can see the slots where they deploy from on the USAF OV-10A's in the above links you posted.

The nose may look a little long but not by much  if any. I can check with Brian and measure the kit one. The measurements from the kit came from a real one not far from me.
