Hi Fellas, this is my first plane in 30 years (i'm 48, and this is my 1/32 first at all!!)because usually i build modern tanks, but i've decided to take a break from the tanks for some times and build the planes that for one reason or another i liked.

I've started with the 1/48 P61B Black widow, but after i discovered that this plane is on the Wing Scale future ( BTW i will buy as well the B 25 and the B 17...)i switched to another subject, and the choice went to the beautiful Ira Kepford Corsair.

I'm working a bit by random, because i'm a nightshift manager and luckyly i can do some modelling at work, but the dimension of the fuselage and wings are to big for the space i can use at work,so i can say that i'm building all the small components at work (next will be the landing gears and the tail wheel)then i will build the rest of the plane at home.

Here some pics of what i've done until now.

Sorry for the quality but i have only an "old"digital camera.

The kit is the"infamous"Trumpeter(better than the old revell)and to realize the model i wish i've buyed tons of aftermarket stuff:

Wheels bay from Aires

Wheels from JRutman

Landing gear from G Factor

Cockpit from True Details

Engine from Quickboost

propeller from JRutman

Cowling flaps from Mastercasters

Decals from Tecmod

and finally i'm waiting for the engine cowl by CrhisS
