The decal for that in the kit is very blurred but I think it's the same info that's on the serial block. Edit : It could also be the crew list which was common in that location on the a/c.

Hello Jo Alan's work is amazing. Photos of his models in the 2 John Alcorn's books on scratchbuilding are inspirational. The second book Master Scratchbuilders has a chapter by Alan and his work, recommended reading.
