  3. Hi Ok , Ok I should'nt say that G factor part are a rip off , because I never get them in hands... Sorry . I only thought it was ,( regarding pictures) , a recasting of kit parts ....Are they ???, Oh by the way ......I would say fattening , not flattening Bye Alain
  4. Hi If I could give you an advise or an opinion to flattening the gear legs , is to cut them , and keep only the lower part ,and scratch build . As I said G factor ,or SAC :........it's a rip off!!!!!If you allow me yes it could be much better , but not bad , it's works bye Alain .I
  5. Hi everybody here I am again , with my very last build , the P 39 from special hobby .Russian pilots nicknamed kobrushka the P 39 during WWII . I used PE parts for the cockpit , seat , dashboard , and car doors . Some little things were made on the frame to look like a Q version . decals are from Zolts .The worst thing with this kit are the joins between the fuselage and the wings , sometime 1 mm .The whole frame have been riveted . Some pictures ??? enjoy ............or not bye Alain

  17. Thanks a lot guys , I'm glad you appreciate , it's a pleasure to be here and share the same passion Hi Skiner thank you for the promotion . My P 39 is on the good way , almost finished , thank you again for your help bye alain
  18. Hi I have already built 2 Hasegawa kits , and once done , it's a good convincing model . Yes of course it need more works than the Tam , but resin parts come to improve it easily . The hardest points are the wheel bays , too much pipes , cables etc .. awful !! , but I think that Aires did an improvement for this area ( not sure if it fit hasegawa F 16) ) So in my opinion , what a shame of wasting 2 kits , to get one . In this case , I don't think it's worth it
  19. Hi Peter you know , if resin parts exist , why go without them ? , they were made to make our life easiest ...No ??? . something about wings.maybe you already know this ? clear part are painted , darker parts are natural metal finish . Sorry if I mess up the post bye Alain
  20. Hi Peter I have to confess The P 51 is not my favorite plane , maybe I 'm alone in this case .But finally I glance at yours , and I say WOW , what a nice work you did here !!!!!!, It look fantastic , I like the way you treated the cockpit and the radio compartment with all these cables and tiny details , If I dare to say , " I stay nailed one my chair " . You will finally reconcile it with me . Go ahead , I stay plugged bye Alain
  21. Hi Yes nice work at last despite so tortuous shapes on the air intakes area . I wouldn't try this , too risky for me bye Alain
  22. Hi why don't you try the Hasegawa Ki61 , as the Ki 84 , it's an easy kit , with good details , fast build, and beautiful paint schemes . I got fun with mine . It only need some riveting ( it's only my opinion ) bye Alain
