  1. The Hasegawa Stukas include decals for both the external and interior framing. Hasegawa ST25 Junkers Ju87G Stuka Kanonenvogel
  2. I have dealt w/Hobbynut many times over the years, and have never had a bad experience.

  4. Several times during this episode a Zero is shown (colour film) that appears to be overall green meaning green with no underside grey. Is anything known about this aircraft? such as type and where used? I am assuming that this would not be a 'one off' because what would be the reason for that? I don't think this is colorised footage. The spurious kill markings on the Zero, combined with the Ki-43 Hayabusa in the background, makes me believe these are postwar restored aircraft.
  5. Do you happen to remember where in the epsiode you saw the Zero?
  6. Beautiful. 😎
  7. Found it. 🙂 PM sent.
  8. Quick update. I'm back in Houston (finally), the kit is not here at my house. I will check my storage facility this evening.
  9. Note also that the 21c Zeros are basically a simplified copy of the Tamiya A6M5. As such they have the shorter span wings found on the A6M5.
  10. Fwiw, I have the 1/350 Hasegawa Akagi in my stash. The instructions state that the hull and upper works s/b Mr Color SC02 Hull Color/Sasebo.
  11. It does, but I think we would all agree it ain't a patch on the Tamiya kit. John1 - I may still have the Doyusha kit in my stash back in Houston. If so, you can have the bomb sprue and the decals. I will check next week.
  12. Doyusha produces a re-pop of the old Swallow A6M2 that includes a newly tooled 250kg bomb and rack and a very nice Cartograph decal sheet. Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero Figer Type 21 with 250kg Bomb
  13. Second donation: Trumpy 1/32 TBD-1 Devastator with a bunch of airscale goodies.
  14. First donation: Tamiya 60315 F-16CJ
  15. I'm in as a recipient and a donor (the stash is way out of hand, so I'm going to donate multiple items. 😎 ).
  16. I saw this one at the IPMS Modelmania show here in Houston last April:
  17. The only sheet I know of is from Techmod: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/techmod-32039-junkers-ju-88a-1--121938
  18. The fine folks at Draw Decals have markings for Mantz's "Excalibur III" (same airframe as the one I posted above), Cochran's "Beguine" and two different Jimmy Stewart Mustang schemes, "Thunderbird" and an aircraft that was used by CBS Television to fly film of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth to New York. All of these are available in multiple scales. https://www.drawdecal.com/product/p-51c-excalibur-iii/# https://www.drawdecal.com/product/p-51c-beguine/ https://www.drawdecal.com/product/thunderbird-p-51c-1948-and-1949-bendix/ https://www.drawdecal.com/product/124-cbs-1953-coronation-p-51b/
  19. I will be using my long hoarded Draw Decals for my first build:
  20. Question: Would you have any interest in Jerry's P-47N kit?
