Bill M.
Eli, it looks great! For those that like the cover, wait till you see the decals themselves-- there are some great schemes. Having helped out a little on this sheet, I have to say these have to be the best researched markings for MTO Warhawks that have hit the market. Much of the credit goes to P-40 markings guru, Carl Molesworth (of Osprey fame). You will see that some of the markings are updated and corrected from those published in Carl's Osprey book due to new photos having surfaced-- Some very interesting and attractive schemes too. And the news just keeps getting better-- it is great to hear that Derek is still working at getting the conversion set out this spring. I am really looking forward to both. Finally, some Merlin powered P-40's in 1/32 scale!

A little?! C'mon Bill, you're too modest. This was a great team effort. Eli, It was and is a great team effort. In addition to you, Carl and I, we have to thank Raphael for his contribution. (This is beginning to sound like an Academy Awards speech!) And knowing that Raphael participated should serve as a hint as to one of the schemes on the sheet. And of course, Vasko and Derek deserve a lot of credit. If they had not agreed to do the 1/32 P-40F/L conversion, there would not have been this decal sheet. Bill M. ssculptor
Wow! Good thing I still have that squadron of unbuilt Revell P-40E's residing in my stash. Eli, please let us know when the 1/32 decals are available for purchase. Thank you for your good work. Stephen
