I'd spent the previous two weeks in Auckland visiting my son and his wife, and seeing my first grandchild for the first time. She turned one just after we arrived, and also took her first steps while we were there. Wonderful. My birthday was spent in Melbourne on the way back. The day before, we'd been down to Moorabbin Air Museum so a few photos taken, and we did a tour of the MCG on the 18th. Very interesting. Cheers, Michael PS. The big kid in me preferred the air museum. They let you get into some of the cockpits. So from that I can tell you that it's not easy getting into or out of a Meteor cockpit at my age, so I'll post pictures soon which will include my knees.
