TimW
This is the Trumpeter Skyraider done up in SVN markings (courtesy of AoA decals). First thing I've finished since the Summer! denders, MikeC, Learstang and 3 others
TimW
And a few more. This was my first shot at dot filtering and heavy weathering with oil paints (and some ground up pastel chalk at the end). Greif8, themongoose, quang and 8 others
themongoose
Really nice! It’s so easy to overdo that exhaust down the fuselage, and yours came out excellent. You’ve obviously got the hang of that weathering already. TimW and Mark_C
Greif8
Really nice Spad Tim. I agree that your weathering is nicely restrained and realistic. Ernest
TimW
Thanks! The good thing about using the pastel chalk is if you overdo it, just hit it with a clean brush until it is toned down. You do have to be careful where you grab it when you pick it up, but that's a small price to pay. Tim W. Learstang

mywifehatesmodels
A bout of random dyslexia had me expecting a Cobra helicopter when I opened this thread, but this is even better! Great work, Tim! John TimW
