dutik
Hi theres! Building an early F-5E (Kitty Hawk) I am looking for an early F-5 Northrop bang seat. This is the one with the small/slim headrest. AMS made one years ago, but AMS is gone by the wind. No longer available. At least I did not find one except for "out of stock" items. Is there one made by another manufacturer? So this boils down to modifying the kits seat. There are a some online photos. Seat and backrest are well covered. Well enough. Doable. Front views of the headrest too. I am looking for plain sideviews of the headrest as well as a shot straight from above at the headrest to understand the shape/geometry/crossection of that part. Can someone help me here? Thank you in advance! - dutik BiggTim
BiggTim
I own the AMS line of products now, so drop me an email bnbresindesign@gmail.com. I'll see if I can dig one up for you. Tim vince14, Kagemusha and CRAZY IVAN5

Oldbaldguy
During a short break I googled ‘early Northrop ejection seat’ and got several pix that might help. You’ll have to sort thru photos of other types of seats but the early ones are there. dutik and BiggTim

Sometimes is modelling that easy Regards - dutik BiggTim

If it is, only a Naval Aviator would be equipped to use it. LSP_Ray, BiggTim and Shoggz
