I'll have to send them an email to see if I can get some new clear parts for my B. MKIII, mine aren't too bad, but far from perfect, I've thought about trying to scan, print and then vac form some new ones, but my skills aren't up to the task.

In the nose art boxing there is a piece of paper included basically saying that WnW had pushed the boundaries with the clear molds and Border would not be reworking them, so will be interesting to see what the next release holds.

Just a piece of useless information. I was just at one of the larger hobby shops here in Perth (Western Australia) and the man behind the counter tried to talk me into a Border Lanc. At AUD$1100 (about USD$780) it is way above my modelling budget as a retiree and I said I bet you don't sell many of those and he said they had sold 25 since release in a city of 2.1 million. Now WA is a wealthy state with massive iron ore and gold exports as well as just about any mineral you can name so there is money about here but I was gobsmacked that they had sold so many expensive kits for a small population. Kit makers are usually pretty coy about how many kits of a certain subject they sell so this little exercise does add a bit to the puzzle.

as one of the many who got stuck with a broken canopy etc and still not been replaced..a year later, i won't touch anythings borders done. I got so hacked off I sold it and as for WNW pushing too far ...I don't think so!
