mpk
Hi guys. I'm interested in a B version to go with my Hurricane Mk.1. Local price is $210.00. Your thoughts? Thanks.
Stokey Pete
I know nothing about them, reviews I’ve read would suggest they’re nice kits to build, but have a few shape/dimension inaccuracies. I would like to build one myself in the future. I like it’s brutish looks, and I’d overlook the kits shortcomings to put one on my shelf. Dave Williams
From the sprue shots that I’ve seen, it’s a simple scale up of their 1/32 kits with no added detail or any corrections. mpk
LSP_K2
Personally, I'd probably opt for the old Airfix kit instead, though the Trumpeter kit does appear overall to be at least acceptable. JerseyChris and mpk
The Phantom
Its fuselage is way too long. Worst error unforgivable in this scale. mpk
Andrea Ferrari
I actually believe the fuselage of the 1/24 Trumpeter B to be correct - it's their D and G versions which are an unforgivable 3cm too long. Anyway, Trumpeter's Stukas suffer from a number of inaccuracies - I'd go for Airfix' venerable Ju87B, which still is the best kit of this type in 1/24 and which can be built as a stunning model.
