Shawn M
so nice, one of my fav things to do on a flight is stare out the window and watch the flight controls
Radub
Those undercarriage doors are crazy! The last time I flew in a Boeing 747 it was on a JAL flight from Sydney to Tokyo in 2005. Funny thing: we were seated in the "hump" behind the cockpit and I got very excited because i thought that the "hump" was where "first class" was located, but it turned out that on this particular JAL 747 it was just regular seating. Anyway, I remember that the "in-flight entertainment" had an option to view the aircraft from a variety of cameras placed all around the airframe. There was a camera at the top of the tail fin looking along the entire length of the fuselage, one on the nose looking forward, one looking straight down and cameras at the tips of each tail plane looking forward to the wings. I imagine that this is a similar camera set-up showing the wings viewed from the tail planes. Radu Out2gtcha and Uilleann
LSP_Ron
I've flown a lot of Emirates flights with those camera's. My fav is the nose wheel one on landing approach. A great seat in the 747 in the very first row in the lower deck. Uilleann
