Harrison90
Not a good update here, just something to show you all before I am off working for a week. I was hoping to prime the big girl before I had to work but with this kit I have yet to finish the sanding and filling stage. However all scribing is done, I believe. Once primed I will then rivet the whole thing. Until then here is my attempt so far at the rudder lever arms and push pull rods. Hope you all enjoy and thanks for all the great comments and support and thank you all for continuing your amazing works and inspiring me to keep getting better! Cheers! lawman56 and Uilleann
Roy vd M.
Say Harrison this looks like it's going to be functional. Really nice details I must say.
Harrison90
Not much of an update but I am back from a week of work and lining up a new job to pay for the modeling bills. Got the cowls base coated getting it ready for the finishing touches to get the look just right. and have started priming However with that I know I've still got quite a long way to go still. Thanks for sticking around and following along. Cheers! Iain, Derek B, Uncarina and 2 others

Harrison90
Hey everyone. No pictures yet but I will have some tomorrow hopefully. The riveting, is terrible. I highly recommend doing as much of this kit as you can before gluing any of it together. All the seams have been cracking and popping, so I have been patching, gluing and puttying and sanding like crazy. Cheers and thanks for hanging in here. Harrison90
FINALLY! The riveting (with a lot of artistic license) is done. Tomorrow will be engines being mounted and the next unknown for me, making the nacelle covers. Hopefully the priming will also take place allowing the final paint and weathering to soon begin. Thanks for all the kind words. Cheers! Nic C.D. and lawman56

Harrison90
Here are some fun pictures finally. A bit of engine are weathering (not that it can be seen) and cowl rings mounted and will hopefully have the old girl ready for paint tomorrow after tip toeing my way through the process of engine cowl making. Cheers and happy modelling! Uilleann
