viva
Dear all, I always want a wing folded and engine exposed Skyraider since the day I got my hand on the Tamiya A-1 kit.In order to do that I'll need a fold wing set,an engine and saddly none was avaialable and it's also bioody expensive . I decided to start everything on scratch inlcuding adding internal structure for the wing fold, engined mount and fire wall....etc the eingine and the canon are from spare part. The engine might not look 100% like the real one but to me at lease it has 18 cylinder so Spad fan please forgive me Now with the new A-1H from Trumpeter my dream comes true in such an easier way.Long story sort, here is what she looks like right now. Some WIP shots: Since there is no weapon load so I add some detail to all the pylons:

stikpusher
Now it just needs a nice big oil stain under the engine. I have read that the Sandies were some serious leakers.
