Didnt a few others promise a british jet in 1/32nd scale (therefore a high possibility of meteority! rumour control Airfix's announcement on the 23rd Fisher I'm sure promised a british 'twin' as far as I remember and I think A2Z has something similar in the future

has anyone noticed the pic in the latest SAMI Magazine in the paragraph about the Fisher Cutlass that theres a pic of a resin engine which looks like the sea fury engine, just wondered if anyone has info about this pic, ok its been a mistake to print it there but maybe its a forthcoming add on?????

Hi did anyone get a good look at or have pics of the Panther Sea Vixen and its components at Telford?, I cant make out much on the site apart from a couple of beautifully made finished kits

Hi what kind of tool bit do you reccommend for thinning down the sides of a cockpit to make way for a resin sidewall- pac macchi 202 for example- anything I use just seems to melt the plastic

Hi-I ve got a basic build question here, I need to shave off some thickness of cockpit inside plastic to accomodate a resin replacement-what kind of tool bit do I use-most of what I have just melts the plastic.....

[thanks twice Kev, the green spinach on the macchi is made with two stencils cut out of old photo paper which I used in overlapping and radial spray passes so that they all look slightly different, just couldnt get that blinkin canopy together though, know if you know it but its supposed to be a sandwich of clear acetate with frets of brass etch and mouldings of white metal-I just didnt have enough thumbs for that so I used a spare canopy from a 1/48th scale tony canopy which was the right size and shape, the P35 is just freehand, under the wings is black and white from a car paint spray canhttp://forum.largescaleplanes.com/style_images/pro/folder_post_icons/icon1.gif

Just about my favourite WWII fighter, the Craftworks resin kit was built about 2 years ago now , way before the superb PCM kit, had a wee bit of adjusting to do with the tailfin position being too far back and the nose pointing downwards too much but I think it turned out ok
