JayW Posted August 29, 2023 Share Posted August 29, 2023 (edited) I am considering building a P-51B or C in 1/18 scale, and would love to do a subject with a Malcolm hood canopy. Since nothing like that exists, I will have to try to scratch build it. Only thing is, I have no technical data on it. There are pretty good photos of it on restored aircraft, which helps. But what I really need is drawings of cross sections, details, sliding mechanism, airframe modifications, etc. Anybody know anything?
