1/24 Bf109 Canopy Etch

Hi, wanted to check if this ever became a product? 

 

Also, has it by any chance been test fitted to a trumpeter 1/24 bf109? I have an eye to converting one to an f, and this would be awesome for that.

Ty, I have fitted the forward windscreen to the Trumpeter Bf 109 G-2 and it does not fit.

 

 

The Trumpy kit seems as though it may not really be 1:24? My Airfix Bf109 E-4 is longer than the Trumpeter Bf109 G-2, so not sure which is dimensionally the most correct but they do not size well together since the G-2 should be longer.

 

The P.E.  canopy set is not in the Airscale line up at this time. Drop Peter a line though and ask about availability. You might just end up with one, worth a try.

The whole front fuselage of Trumpeter's 109 line is off, that is predominantly markable in front of the canopy. It gives the kits sort of nose happy look.
