Tony T
Having a "feasibility" thinking session on doing a Thunderbirds F-16. Tamiya Block 32 is OOP, which leaves sourcing markings for a Tamiya Block 50 F-16CJ kit or an Academy F-16D (from the Sufa box). Are any generally available ? And, is it my imagination, or have the Thunderbirds switched to metallic insignia red and blue ? http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4076/4883763915_756c9da45f.jpg Wonder what the chances are of Tamiya releasing the C with new decals ? BloorwestSiR
If you want the stock kit decals, I have a spare set I could send you as I won't be using them. As for the current scheme, I'm not sure if it's metallic or not but it doesn't look it to me. Carl

ScottsGT
That the standard paint. I'm in the middle of building 5 1/32 Thunderbirds using the old Revell F-16A kits and building larger tails. I'm still banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why I took this one on! Keep in mind I'm not concerned about the minor details. I'm not entering the display in any contests. LSP_Matt
I've been keeping an eye out for that kit. Dang is it hard to come by. I love aerobatic display schemes and the Thunderbirds are just an aviation icon. 1/32 scale needs some Russian Knights decals as well.
