TimW Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 A question...the kit instructions appear to indicate the cockpit floor should be painted gunmetal. Is that accurate? Was it metallic with non-skid or something like that? Just wondering. Tim W.
Fozzie Posted January 21, 2010 Author Posted January 21, 2010 Hi Tim here is mine, its not finished but all the referance pic's i have point to the floor being green. So i just painted the floor and then went about weathering the whole lot,the floor is metal but was painted overin cockpit green. HTH Clive.

Anthony in NZ Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 Clive, well done mate. I have been involved with an FB-VI Mossie over here for quite some years and you have the wear in the cockpit spot on. The floor by the entrance weathered just like that. I echo the other comments, the leather looks fantastic. Cant wait for mine to arrive on our shores! Cheers Anthony
