thank´s for your friendly coments ,

 

I recived the towing bar wheels, what were done by my friend Sebastian using CNC.

 

here how they look like .....

Brother Bekim! I don't have to tell you that you produce some of the tightest stuff I've ever seen. Nice work. Thanks for sharing.

 

What is a 'CNC'?

 

Why laminate two materials instead of using just one?

Hi Mark

 

CNC stands for

Computerized Numerical Control

 

and this is a common method for doing any stuff . There are CNC milling machines, lathes and many more.

 

I use two layers because the white one is PS ( Polystyrol ) and its softer in hardness, it ´s better for glueing to the main wing.
