  1. Super dynamic. I love it! I absolutely have to do something like this one day...
  2. Absolutely flawless work, Anthony - and as already mentioned, absolutely worth the time and effort!
  3. I already said it but I gladly repeat myself - it is so great to see you back working on this gem, Rainer!
  4. The first half of our Red Devils agains Finland wasn't any better. No wonder I don't care about football outside the big tournaments.
  5. Very impressive so far - I'll be following your progress with huge interest!
  6. Couldn't agree more, scribing makes watching football much more interesting and entertaining for sure! Great progress so far, Tom!
  7. Steve, it's actually more fiddling around with stuff I like rather than real modelling - it's just super difficult to get some bench time with a little daughter and a baby girl in the house... Marcel, I will certainly bring it to EME, butI doubt it'll be finished by then. The ERA-3B is priority #1, but I am planning to play around with the TA-7C at the same time. Once the basic cockpit structure is finished, I can starttweaking the outer shape. The thing is - I need bench time to do that. Hopefully soon...
  8. I love it, Peter! Your helmet pics are absolute gold and usually rather hard to come by as a modeller. Excellent progress as usual, too!
  9. Nothing beats a US Navy aircraft - especially an Electronic Aggressor - no matter how dirty and hellenic the alternative may be!
  10. It's not like I'm going to argue with you about the size of carrier aircraft, but there are and were several which are significantly bigger than a Viking, not only the Skywarrior and the Savage. That was not my point anyway - carrier aircraft or not, the Helldiver is not *that* big and I for one find the price tag to be quite hefty for a kit of this size. That's all. Now - back to the WIP as I am really looking forward to seeing more progress.
  11. Still pretty small for a 32nd scale kit... A Viking is not that big!
  12. Thanks for the info! Still quite a price tag for a rather small kit I have to admit...
  13. Ha, I have the high-res version of the pic on my computer at work as well.. here is a zoom on the modex number. As you can see, the "0" appears more rounded and there are gaps on top and at the bottom coming from the stancil used to paint it. The "Bandit" logo also appears to be more simplified than the one you have drawn, but I haven't yet found a photo showing it in detail, so I haven't yet drawn it myself. I hope this helps...
  14. Great job so far! I'll be doing the same aircraft as you; having started (but not yet finished) the artwork for mine, I think the small "01" modex on the nose is a different font on the real a/c, it's not the standard USN Stencil for sure. I can check later on when I'm back at home. Bit of a shame there are so few photos of the real aircraft, by the way.
  15. It certainly looks the part, Anthony! I'm gettting my first Pfitzer jab today... there is some normality at the horizon!
  16. Very cool, looking forward to this! Just being curious - with all the separate update sets added, it probably isn't (much) cheaper than the initial HPH Helldiver, is it?
  17. Absolutely brilliant. The model is stunning - what else to expect from you? - and the WIP was a huge pleasure to follow. Looking forward to more progress on the Little Bird now!
  18. Did you ever finish it, Jake? I remember the WIP on Zone Five (?) but can't remember to have seen the finished model. I'd love to see how it turned out!
  19. Well, it's been a while... I have to admit I thought this project would be more easy and straight forward, but life got in the way. Anyway - I have started preparing a basic cockpit shape for the Twosair. There is a lot of tweaking to do, but the base is not too bad. The initial plan was to use two modified Avionix cockpits, but not only the casting quality is rather disappointing, it will be rather difficult to make them fit the heavily modified fuselage. I may use some of the details from the sets If I'm not in the mood to draw new panels, though. We will see.
