  1. Beautiful Jolly Roger...can almost smell the JP-4 as it moves around the deck.
  2. Really nice looking F-4F. I like the rebuilt nose gear leg...makes a big difference. Paint is awesome too!
  3. I have several of those 32nd E's and 2 new G's. That AUP book is incredible and I will build one of mine as a Greek "dirty E" as well. Keep up the good work and show us some more of your progress!
  4. 1/32nd....Old 66 to go with my Apollo...and a HH-3E Air Force Jolly Green Giant!!
  5. I think they have black cockpits so there's no glare when using NVG'S to fly. The MC-130's I flew in were black inside or really dark gray to reduce glare with NVG's. Great Job so far! Awesome airplane for the IDF.
  6. Great looking Tornado...was a real work horse for the RAF in Desert Storm.
  7. Have 2 Strike Eagles in my stash....one will be an Israeli F-15I. Good start so far....have you decided what weapons you'll hang on it?
  8. Beautiful Tornado! I remember hearing the RAF guys on the radio back into Saudi. Those RAF crews really had big brass ones flying down Iraqi runways with that runway cratering munition underneath. Was going to build a Desert Storm Tornado but my dog rolled on my canopy when I dropped it and crushed it. The heat...the sand...the jet fuel smell is all there. Ron...Desert Storm Veteran
  9. I personally am excited to see the F model coming out! The G looks good from the finished kits I've seen built. Those that don't like it could maybe build it as a post war B-17 at Kingman waiting to be scrapped and melted down into aluminum ingots. Just finished reading "Hell's Angels" about the 303rd BG...so "Knockout Dropper" for me.
  10. I've always liked builds of Showtime 100...it's just dirty enough to look good. Too bad it was shot down by a SAM...it belonged in a museum when it's service life was over. Very nice build.
  11. Very nice so far! I can't wait to get started on the T-33...IF my NMF comes out anywhere close to yours I will be happy!
  12. Hey Harold...I also do welding jobs (yard art stuff) on the side and I tell people that my back pain meds brings out the "artistic ability" in me. I have slipped on my tile kitchen floor as well...not from mopping but from the dog getting himself a big drink and then walking away and dripping all over the floor! Oh yeah...to make this T-33 model related...The canopy insert looks sweet as weel!!
  13. Harold...Hope that you feel better soon. Back pain is a real killer. I've got three ribs that come out of socket from a car accident 23 years ago and a pinched nerve in my lower back that some days makes my right leg numb...got that from a hard landing in a MC-130 in the Australian outback in 95! I got my T-33 tail pipe and flap set today, very nice just like the rest of your stuff. Can't wait to get the cockpit and get started on my T-33.
  14. Wow...I have always liked the KI-61 and got that same model for Christmas. Very nice job...especially the mottle finish. One question though...what's with the Japanese flag kill markings...I thought they used a yellow top view outline or a pink looking flower. Either way...very nice Hein.
