Awesome builds! I probably looked in 21 boxes and then put them back on the shelf!

The Spitfire is a beautiful airplane but I really like the big P-47.

Great builds, all of them.  That number represents most of my stash!!  You've done a great job on every one of them too.

They all look great, but I think my favorite is the P-40F "El Tigre".  I don't think I've ever seen a model of this plane before, and I really like the overall presentation.

Nice work!

Thank you.

In fact If I am not wrong El Tigre decals were never released. When I saw Kagero s P-40 Top drawings book , I said to myself "I want this".

Customized decals produced by customhobbydecals.com

I guess they will release this set in 2021.

Wonderful production year!!

Inquiry though. As I am looking to do a "Checkertail Clan" build, how was/is the Trumpy P-40F?

Thanks Dave,

Trumpy s kit is easy to build but not sure about the accuracy.

Most distinctive issue was the shape of the upper cowling. It s too rounded. It needs some sanding to make it more flat.

But it s the only F version without big surgery process so I had to use it with some corrections.

Now I have a long tail L on the  bench , this is a Hasegawa long tail Warhawk with Grey Matter Figures conversion.

We will see the result soon:)
