Thanks John! I'm starting to understand why you built so many of these. They really are superlative kits.

I fitted the flaps and cowl covers on and there weren't any issues.

 

 

 

I then started work on the centre wing section.

 

 

 

With the outer bay walls clamped in place:

I then added the inner sections and the bay roof:

 

 

 

I had a slight gap when I attached the upper wing so the clamps closed that up nicely.

Your looking good ! I had probs with the upper wing sec. fitting flush, especially on the right side. Seems all the probs were on the right side, but I painted all before assembly..If you like you can leave B14 and B15 out. You'll never see them.......Harv

I'm doing mine with both wings down. I think my next one will have the wings folded.

Are your flaps going to be dropped ? If so there is a potential for probs with the rear piece that the flap rods go on both sides of. Check and recheck the outer wing fit. I had a prob with parts being to proud (thick) and had a small gap at the rear of the center and outer wing fit.....Harv

Yup, dropped flaps are the plan. Good to know and I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks for the heads up.

I've got the centre section done now so here it is installed on the fuselage.
