Everything is looking really great.  For the 02 hoses, I use thick round wound guitar strings, particularly the E string usually around .050 inch in diameter.  I cut them, sand down the ends until they're flat, bend them to shape and then paint them OD green.  They look good when you finish them.  There are also a number of alternatives.

Hi Roberto,

First of all let me say a very well done on everything you've done with the kit so far, especially considering you haven't been modelling for quite some time and there are so many new products on the market now to try. Secondly, and this is my personal opinion, there is almost nothing that cannot be undone with a little patience and sometimes more than a little putty! Don't ever throw any bits and pieces away, as you never know when they might come in handy for the future, even if it's not for this build. Also, there are many ways/products out there if you want to remove paint and glue residue from any number of surfaces, so it's worth having a look for those techniques if you are faced with redoing a part.

All that aside, you're doing an exceptional effort on this model and I'm really enjoying following your progress. I have one of these big girls too and am trying hard to finish my current model off before I get stuck in, so your build and a few of the others that are going on on this forum are becoming an excellent source of info for me, so much appreciated!

All the best, Craig
