Hello Jamme!! Great work on the engine. I bought the kit last week on the basis of what your showing us. Looking at the parts I understand what is said about them, but aftermarket or robbing the Hasegawa kit will get me what I need. You showed the basic kit is sound, the rest, for me and I'm sure others, will need a little work. It definitely isn't a world ending disaster kit. I have to say, the decal sheets just blew me away!!

Hi Don.

Thank you very much for the nice comment.

I'm glad this build helps my fellow modelers, that's why i made this.

Really appreciate.

Cheers,

Superb Jamme,

Really looking good and nice to see one being built and out of the box to boot instead of all the back and fourth chatter. I'm pretty sure going from your wheel well and engine work we are in for a treat and your build will make a lot of people's minds up on whether or not to buy I'm pretty sure. Keep up the stunning work and looking forward to the next update.

Hello everybody!

It's time for an new UP.

Not had very much time with the end of the year, but, yes it's here.

Here is a picture from the front wheel well pieces.

These go together very easy:

Here is the well assembled painted, weathered and put in the fuselage.

Fit is OK:

A picture of the parts for the HUD and the avionics covers:

I finished the HUD. Simple but efficient (at least for a OOB build)

and fitted to the pit (it's not yet glued inn place). I also put the photo etched sides:

That's it for the moment.

Thank you very much for looking and for following this WIP.

I really appreciate that

Questions and or constructive comments are always welcome.

Thank you very much, Mark.

Great OOB build. I really like doing these now and again, as they make great refreshers. Nice look at the kit as it was meant to be built by the manufacturer as well.

:)

Thank you very much for the nice comment.

Cheers,

Jamme

Wonderful progress - your weathering is brilliantly done .. worn and well maintained - Used but not Abused. Sure wish I could duplicate your work
