Butler Posted July 3, 2009 Author Share Posted July 3, 2009 Thanks guys! The finish is a bit suspect in some areas but from a fair distance it looks OK! This plane isn't as beautiful as the classic Merlin airframe but there is a more muscular look to it. I'll have to use my spare low-back pieces to make an accompanying Mkwhatever Merlin bird. A big thanks again to Edgar who sent me a load of odds and ends which made this build much easier on the milliput supply! Next up is an RAF build of the Dragon P-51, hopefully i'll blast through this one fairly quickly with some resin goodies (not designed for this kit though, has to be some challenge in there!). Then it's back to the Meteor which is looking at me from the bottom of my display cabinet where my half-builds lurk. Unfortunately there's still some rough superglue seams on this thing which will now be diamond hard and tricky to sand, hence the procrastination Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
