There is a group of us that want to have 1/32 scale desk top models of our favorite mount… I am looking into having the bird CAD designed with simplicity in mind and 3D printed for assembly.

Alan, well it all depends on subject, detail required etc. Not sure I would take it on but let me know a little more, if not on the open board send me a PM, then we can discuss further. I do hope you have good reference materials etc.

Making no promises, but if I cannot do it I may find someone that can. No matter what it is for a very limited quantity it will be expensive, so think if it could be expanded on the sales side.

Does anybody know where I can source a CAD designer for a 3D printing project I have?

Please do let me know

Can you not design it yourself? Try something simple like TinkerCAD.com just to get your head around working in 3D, and then move on to something (there are loads...) else if you need to later on.

Go on. Have a go!
