  1. Hello This was very quick build by my standards. Took me little more than a month to finish this one so here is third G-6 out of four I want to build. This time I did mount of Alferd Surau, JG3 ace with 43 victories to his credit before being himself shoot and killed in this same crate by American bombers. Hasegawa model with MM authentic and Valejo varnishes as usual. There is more weathering on the model than what you can see here but didn't manage to make better photos Hope u like the model Sooo can u guess my next G-6 build ?:)
  2. Thx for nice words guys Thomas I am 109 nut. Never enough Messers i mean i love building other models too but there is something that drags me to 109s. At momenet as i sad in previous post i work on Hasegawa 109 G-6 with markings for another eyeball from Alfred Surau. Than next one will be yellow 7, the last one from the sheet i posted picture above. Wanted to do all eyeballs for long time , now i am half way through. After that i think i will have hard time deciding which Pikas man to chose from 7.JG53. And those are only G-6s lol.. Also have crazy idea to do all raich defence bands that 109s had painted on rear fuselage, made only two so far lol. And here a quick snap of my 109 collection so far
  3. I used this sheet - Eagle Editions | No. EagleCals EC32-41 | 1:32
  4. Thx for your comments guys and yes Hartmann yellow 1 is Hasegawa indeed I alredy started another G-6....this time JG3 Alfred Surau
  5. Hello guys I finished another Messerchmit BF 109...what else This is 109 Nr. 13 in my collection and its a Revell kit with mix of Eagle Calls and Hasegawa decals. Unfortunaly I had problem with EC decals, both number 7 decals along with two fuselage crosses just disengrated when put in the water. Luckily for me had Hasegawa boxing with same markings so I used those . That's why there is a slight difference in decal color. As for the model itself this is my third Revell Bf 109G-6 finished along with one G-10 and I really starting to hate that landing gear and prop assembly. Rest of the model is more than ok with exception of MG covers which I replaced with resin ones. Model painted with Model Master Authentic enamels with Valejo varnishes. Here are some pictures, hope u like the model One is Hasegawa kit ..Can u guess which one
  6. Hello all I am working at the moment on Hasegawa P-47 in 1:32 scale. Now I am not an expert on Thunderbolt matter but this position of flaps doesent look right to me. I see on many builds this same position but when looking real photos the gap beetween wing and flaps does not seem so significant . So is this normal position for flaps on Hase p-47 or did i mess something up. One more question, when Thud is parked are the flaps always in down position or they could stay up also. Dejan THX
  7. That's one great test. Do you have some pictures from test examples directly above them ?
  8. Nice Pony Mike. Is that gray gloss surface or matt ?
  9. Great build, and my vote goes to Walter Oesau markings:)
  10. Hmmm, than I will put gloss coat over matt black since there is no way I will use Vallejo gloss black again
  11. So basically I should be ok with matt black?
  12. Thx for your comments guys . Much appreciated.
  13. Hello all At the moment I am working on Hasegawa P-47D and want to finished it as a mount of Maj Eaglestone which is in NMF. Now I know that preferred way to prepare model for NMF is to do a gloss black primer. I will use Vallejo Metal Colors for the project so I also got me their black gloss primer. Now I use Vallejo matt primers for years now and never had encountered problem, until now with this gloss primer. I did clean the plastic with alcohol before applying gloss primer and waited for more or less 24h. Than I tried some Tamiya masking tape on it and primer peeled off almost had a rubber feel to it. I did try primer straight from the bottle and later with some valley airbrush thinner but with same results. So can I use any other primer or it has to be gloss black. Or prime with matt black and than put some gloss varnish over it.. Is it ok to use gray primer for base ?? Lots of questions but I know now why I did only one NMF during all this years lol.
  14. Nice progress Brad. When I work with Hase 109s I don't follow instructions for fuselage like u didi it. I firstly glue tail section with each front section separately then both halves together, its much more easier that way at least for me.
  15. oH Great !!! I hope they include this markings
  16. Actually Dany when i got this kit first paint scheme i wanted to do was white 17 in RLM74/75/76. Even got me a set of Montex masks but when i saw this scheme in Kagero book couldn't resist. So I am thinking of getting Revell 262 and finish it as white 17
  17. Yes John, those are exactly the problems I had..
  18. Unbelivable...I am stuned by the quality and output....hmmm Admit !! You have a bunch of minions hidden in your basement helping you
