  1. For something like an F-117, it's obvious, but as I said, for something like an F-15, it needs to be a specific aircraft that engaged in a night operation. In the 160th SOAR's case, they are in as they specialise in night engagements. I'm sure there will be some grey areas, but we can address them if and when they pop up.
  2. LANTIRN equipped aircraft are in. As for the Tornado, yes as long as that aircraft engaged in night operations. Providing it's a GR1 that served into the later stages of the conflict when they moved away from low level daylight attacks on airfields then it almost certainly dropped laser guided weapons at night. I don't know much about the G3s that were deployed.
  3. Any aircraft that engaged in night time missions. Dedicated night fighters of course, but don't forget night bombing (anyone got a Lancaster to build?), special missions like agent pick ups (Lysanders) or even up to modern aircraft. The only caveat is you have to build an aircraft you can show was used in a night mission. Most of this is easy, but consider Luftwaffe 'Wild Boar' single seat day fighters used at night, or even modern aircraft that have engaged in a night time mission. An example there would be Cesar Rodriguez's F-15 in which he shot down a Yugoslav Mig 29 during the night of March 24, 1999. As always have fun, any questions fire away.

  20. Hey guys, sorry about being away a bit, hopefully I can clarify things; Direct opponents of the 8th AF are included, so Luftwaffe fighter wings that were stationed in Western Europe between February 1942 and May 1945. Luftwaffe fighters on the Russian Front are not included, so please check your references. I do understand that as the war went on some units on the Eastern front engaged the USAAF as well, so there is some wiggle room there. You can build any allied aircraft dating back to February 1942 when they were designated VII Bomber Command. Also you can build any fighter under the 8th banner, starting back to the VIII Interceptor Command established in late January 1942. Yes there were Spitfires under the 8th banner, specifically the 4th Fighter Group. I'm around a bit more now as things have settled down so if there are any questions please shoot me a message.
  21. I will. I saw the doctor a few days ago who checked me out, agreed that if I was going to drop dead from the zap it would have happened already although he was not pleased that I innitially refused treatment by the ambulance crews....and on that, they actually had the cheek to send me a bill for nearly 1000 dollars for treatment rendered. Rang them up and they admitted that I signed their document saying I refused treatment and then cancelled the bill. I wonder how many people just blindly pay such a thing.
  22. Doing ok @RLWP. Things have settled down a little in the rental we got, still have stuff to clean out of the house, but I'm honestly exhausted after two weeks now of being on the go non stop. I did lose my bed which sucks, it got water logged and just stank so it couldn't be salvaged, mum was going to go buy me something but sleeping on the floor has actually improved my back...aside from the odd times the cat decides to use me as a trampoline. We'll get there somehow, still don't want to be in the rental anymore than 12 months, mum already looking for a house and we had already talked about downsizing as for a family of 3 our house that was nearly 30 squares on a 1/4 acre block was just getting too much to keep up. Hopefully find something a little smaller with no backyard and minimal grass and garden out front to take care of.
