Out2gtcha
Ok gents, here we go once again, this time with the NON LSP aircraft. I did not take pics of every non LSP at the show as it would have taken me forever to get them loaded up, and im sure you all would not have interest in every single small scale plane at the show. I basically tried to grab the highlights and stuff I thought looked really good, or appealing to the eye Enjoy guys…………… Real nice bunch of small scale D Mustangs. Love the Kentucky air national guard bird – My bros 48th F-84 in foil – This Monogram Hustler was great but didn't win anything. Full resin Fisher exhaust and intakes, as well as a full 3 piece Lonestar cockpit set - MORE……………………. Edited August 8, 2011 by Out2gtcha
Out2gtcha
This display of 28 Tomcats was well done……………The only thing it was missing was a gray F-14. This won best SAC model or display, and best grouping of aircraft – VERY expensive 72nd scale kit……….int the $400 - $600 USD range. A lot of carbon fiber and what not – This ones for Derek. Still not that well done though im afraid. Just MHO though – Nice touch on the translucent (ish) nose – MORE…………………….
Out2gtcha
This Arrow SHOULD have won something as it was one of the best done models I've seen, with some engine work that should have been seen in person to be appreciated – This little lear or whatever it was, was very appealing in person and well done – MORE……………………. Out2gtcha
One of the few dinky scale (72nd) planes I took pics of. I'm just a Grumman cat guy and being a Navy guy too, I loved the Chino NAS scheme – This was one of the best done model or dioramas in ANY scale at the show. The judges knew it too; it took best diorama, and another award I cant remember. The best representation of water ive ever seen. Very accurate and well documented. "Stranded on Kefalonia" When the Luftwaffe was bombing Greece in 1944 – MORE…………………….
Out2gtcha
This was HISTARICAL. Take a look…………. Now take a read……………………..Oh and BTW, if this is your model its called "Rub-N-BUFF" for a reason. Its not called "Spray-N-Buff" – This one is for Keith – MORE…………………….
