BradG
More paint. I actually managed to get a little less dust in this than normal....bloody dust. I don't know if I should freehand or mask the camo pattern yet. dmthamade
Sparzanza
Looks great! Gunze colours?
BradG
Took 2 hours to spray the blue. I did it free hand because I figured that some crew members in the middle of the desert were probably not going to bother masking it up and plus I like free handing with the airbrush. Gunze colours were used; light grey 334, navy blue 54 and green brown 402. Even though H54 is US Navy blue, it does have a green tinge to it which I'm rather happy with. dmthamade, Iain and Out2gtcha
BradG
Masking masking masking, you just gotta be in the mood to do it. Let this dry for 24 hours and I'll mask up the black outlines to the yellow Suez stripes. Out2gtcha
Out2gtcha
That shade of blue seem spot on Israeli.
BradG
Bands are done. Sorry about the slightly out of focus picture, I took it 5 times and just couldn't take a sharp one so, it's good enough lol. Sparzanza
Sparzanza
I know the feeling of a camera refusing to focus. I use my cellphone. Sometimes it helps to bonk it in the table a few times. Great looking Mustang, love the camo.
Fabster
Nice camo and ID Marks! IAF Mustangs are so cool, yet so rarely you see 'em built. Good job! Fab

BradG
The shining....Humbrol gloss does a good job but it stinks. I've also put on the prop, undercarriage legs and doors along with the gun sight.
BradG
Decals were pretty good. They have wrinkled up a little (which you can't see because of the flash), but I'm hopeful that if I just leave them alone they will flatten out....I hope. After about an hour they have leveled out quite nicely! Edited April 25, 2014 by BradG
BradG
Slopped on a wash of black pigment cut a little with brown. I'm not too careful with this as I've sealed everything, it won't stain and can be eaisly wiped off which is the next step.
