Hawkwrench Posted July 21, 2020 Posted July 21, 2020 I've never used Alclad II paints before and quite honestly, I'm a little hesitant to use them. Is their an alternative for the hot metal sepia from another brand maybe? Thanks Tim
nmayhew Posted July 21, 2020 Posted July 21, 2020 MRP have a wide range of metallics and these are my go to paints across the board They spray like a dream and are pretty bullet proof Life is too short for paints that peel / lift up if you even look at them the wrong way
Stokey Pete Posted July 21, 2020 Posted July 21, 2020 AK Interactive extreme metals. Pale burnt metal or burnt metal sounds like what you might be looking for. Prep your surface well and they’re really nice to airbrush with.
scvrobeson Posted July 22, 2020 Posted July 22, 2020 The Hot Metal Sepia is almost a clear brown shade. You can probably use Tamiya X-19 Smoke or MRP's Smoke. Matt
