LSP_Ron
These panels don't belong. They are post war bush pilot additions for gravel landing strip etc.... Well done though....

LSP_Ron
Still looks like a great kit.
Guest Clunkmeister
The ones up north that I saw were a lot like those, but skinnier. But they're necessary for the bush planes. I'm sure the RCAF had them on their Daks, though..
Guest Clunkmeister
Still looks like a great kit.I'll be first in the DFW area anyway. Talked to Greg today. He figures 3-4 months given HPHs history. But the B-36s haven't arrived either... Edited May 5, 2018 by Clunkmeister

Guest Clunkmeister
I really love this, Ron. Big memories of a staple in northern Canadian life. I wish I had space for more than one. American Airlines DST Skysleeper, C-47, Transair DC-3, Lambair DC-3.
thierry laurent
Indeed. I cannot imagine one without blazing miniguns and a small white Spook either. I am just frightened by the probable price...
Kagemusha
Looks like it's worth stating they're doing a DC-3 and a C-47 https://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234994087-132-douglas-dc-3c-47-dakotaskytrain-resin-kit-by-hph-in-progressbox-art-release-in-2018/

Cheers, Heinz It's probably too late to modify the masters, but maybe the reinforcement plate Ron has pointed out could be added as a PE part rather than mouded in.Plus I'd love to make the left fuselage is molded without this huge gaping cargo door (which could then be cut from the inside. Cheers, Heinz Extras as they are doing with the B-52, specifically a conversion set for an AC-47.
