Nicely done.....actually prefer the look of the Snipe over the Camel.

You've done a wonderful tribute to Barker and his aircraft with this build Tom. :clap2:  :clap2:  :clap2:  :clap2:

William, thank you! It was the old Revell Camel kit which drew me to building Barker's aircraft, but I'm like you in appreciating the look of the Snipe over the Camel.

Peter, you are very kind! I certainly had fun with the build: it was my first return to WWI aircraft in several years.

Wow, I just kept staring at the "woodwork" in the cockpit! So convincing, and very much like the remains of this exact aircraft at the War Museum in Ottawa. Spectacular build, and a nice tribute to a real hero.

Thanks, you are very kind! I just used oils over a Tamiya Buff base. I'm looking forward to building the matching Camel at some point.

Cheers,  Tom
