Steve, The problem is the inner edge that is too wide. i scraped the insided at an angle ( scratching the Inside of course doh!) and sanded the interior. At the back there is a gap when looking from the side. But not too obstrusive. Your suggestion might work too. Cees Got this one in my lineup , I'll watch for the canopy fitment .
