TimW Posted January 21, 2009 Author Posted January 21, 2009 Thanks all for the kind words! This is the first time I did an all over dark blue finish, so I wasn't sure how it would come out. I sprayed it all with the trusty airbrush, then did some fading with a lighter finish of the dark sea blue. Exhaust streaks were done with a variety of grey and white shades, mostly and a tad bit of drybrushing close to the actual exhaust pipes. The trusty superfine sandpaper did the rest. I found the engine on this to be a real pain--I never could quite get the exhaust rings to match up. Tim W.
