Administrator should lock this imaginary thread going forward. Someone will likely blow an O ring soon.
I couldn’t help myself after Radu’s comment above.
Yeah... Especially if "someone" finds out the kit is a modern jet and not a Luftwaffe prop job.

How about "Skies over Poland"??? Even though Poland did not exist as an independent state during WWI (it regained its independence after WWI), there were air battles/operations over the region. Then there was the Poland-Soviet War (1919-1921). Then the Eastern Front air war over Poland in WWII. Then the Cold War era. And now present day.
So… Everything from biplanes to 109's, to Me-262's, to MiG-21's, present day jets. Air forces from Poland (DUH!!!), USSR/Russia, Warsaw Pact, NATO, US, Germany, Allies, etc.

Check out this build by a fellow LSP'er. LIGHTS OUT!!!!!!

The company Kagero has a really nice (but small) book on the Polish MiG-23 that comes with decals in 1/32, 1/48 and 1/72.

Zajebiście!!!
I've visited "Muzeum Lotnictwa Polskiego" in Kraków twice (I'll visit again this coming October) and got to "kick the tires" on the MiG-23 there. I have this kit, Kagero decals and a lot of aftermarket. You have inspired me to (hopefully!!!) get off my dupa and build the kit!!! LOL!!!
ACES, dude!!! ACES!!!

SWEET!!!!!

My answers to this question are always the same...
MiG-29A/UB/C/SMT (so many different operators and camo schemes)
MiG-25
F-22
Yak-1/3/7/9
-
MiG-29A/C/SMT/UB - With all of the countries operating the Fulcrum and all of the different camo schemes...
Yak-1/3/7/9, LaGG-3, La-5/7, etc. - The largest air battle in history took place over the Eastern Front in WW2...
F-22 - 'Nuff said!!!
MiG-25 - Now that would be sumthin'!!!

OK... I'm dreaming big here...
How about the Yak-1/3/7/9 family???? Or how about the MiG-29A/C/UB/SMT family???? LOTS of colorful markings possibilities!!!

Montana ANG F-15's!!!! WHOO HOO!!!!

A MiG-25 would be cool. As would the "Fitter" family. But if I had my choice, I'd go for a new-tool MiG-29A/UB/C/SMT family!!!!
If I had the time, guts and skill I would by Zactoman's AMAZING MiG-29 conversions. But alas, I don't. ACK!!!

Who is that young lady in front of the Tupulev? It's not Kati Witt, for sure.
I'll ignore the "lady" comment since you also used the word "young." LOL!!!
Here are some more pics of the same “young lady” a few years ago at the “Museum of Flight” in Seattle:
I'm very happy about this thread!!! Hopefully the kit manufacturers are reading. Bring on the VVS kits!!!

In October of this year I visited the “Muzeum Lotnictwa Polskiego” in Kraków, Poland.

In the attached pic I am touching the wing of an IL-10 and there is a Tu-2 in the background. Displayed outside were DOZENS of MiG’s. I was in HEAVEN!!!! LOL!!!
Just a note here (to expand on what Tnarg wrote)… Poland was the only allied country to fight in every European theater (and major battle) in WW2. Poland played a HUGE part in winning the Battle of Britain, North Africa, Italy, Eastern Front, etc. And after the war Poland got sold down the river by their allies to Uncle Joe. (NOTE: Yes, all my grandparents came from Poland).
In my humble opinion, WW2 was truly won/lost on the Eastern Front.
Anyway… I got a little off topic here… Sorry. YES!!!!! More WW2 VVS kits!!!!!

...and if we fought the cold war with ice skating (Katerina Witt, for example), then we would also fight it by ignoring the contribution of the Soviet Union...
Well... If you'd like me to engage in "diplomatic relations" with Katerina Witt, well, I'll take one for the team. After all... "Ask not what your country can do for you... Ask what you can do for your country."
