I might need to dust off the books, look at how long my instrument ticket hasn't had a check ride, dig out my ancient David Clarks and Jepp plates, go to Alaska to get my fix again... :-( Maybe I'll actually kill myself this go round. I've had no multi IFR time since 98. I'm old and creaky, but I got some serious left seat time. It is such an important work horse a pinnacle of transport aviation of the 20th century. We can only wish that one day HK will pop it out in the right scale. I operated in northern Manitoba and NWT, but now NWT and Alaska are still home to a bunch of freightdogs who run these old ladies. Everts and Buffalo come to mind.
