Old Dog Flying
The Grumman Tiger series would be a relatively easy scratch-build...not much different from my Grumman AA1A "Alley Cat" project. http://www.barneysairforce.com
mgbooyv8
Hi Old Dog, That's an impresive AA-1A you made Indeed, thanks to the many straight lines in their design, the AA series of singles is relatively easy to scratch. Maybe, one day... Cheers, Peter
rafju
Hi Great thread, thanks. From my side, as a retired skydiver I would go first directly into a 1/32 Pilatus PC-6 Turbo Porter! what a great STOL plane! (keep an eye open on what Roden is currently doing but in 1/48 => http://www.rodenplant.com/HTML/439.htm Second => Bird Dog and finaly any Cessna like model150,180, DHC-2 Beaver,... would be also great. Can't stop dreaming!... raphael
Hubert Boillot
Anyone a fan of the Beechcraft Staggerwing? or the Aero Commander? or the Republic Sea Bee? There must be some rigorous copywrite issues with the non-military subjects. Too bad - enthusiastic modelers are free advertising. A Staggerwing or a Sea Bee in 1/32 ? YES ! Hubert. Whitta
I would like to see a Cessna O-2A in 1/32 scale! or even 1/24 scale. How about a Beech Expeditor in 1/24 ( I'm dreaming in technicolor!)
Jack
A Staggerwing or a Sea Bee in 1/32 ? YES ! Hubert. oooh yeah, i forgot, a Seabee, had this "see-thru" 1/48 Glencoe model once, sure would be nice to have it in 1/32nd scale, as a matter of fact more different kinds of seaplanes would be very welcome as well.....
