  1. Hi Pat, I have also designed and FDM printed a Bomarc-A but in 1/18th scale. It came out pretty nice though not as highly detailed as yours. However it needs a launcher and I was wondering if you would be interested in sharing your files with me? Preferably STEP files as I would need to alter the design to make it work on an FDM printer. I've included a pic of my Bomarc. Thanks, Gene
  2. Hi Kevin, Very nice job on the Bomarc and launcher. I also designed and 3D printed an IM-99 Bomarc A in 1/18th scale. It came out real nice but it needs a launcher. By any chance are the files for your launcher available and if so could they be FDM printed at 1/18th scale? Thank you, Gene
  3. Hi guys, I'm new here and I need some help figuring out what color the painted areas should be on this New Jersey ANG F-84B Thunderjet. This is for a 1/18th scale model that I designed in CAD and am now 3D Printing. I have searched the internet to death and these are the only pictures I could find. The only info I could find is this: P-84B-26-RE (F-84B) s/n 46-593 *1948: USAF 14th FG. *1950: Oklahoma ANG 125th FS. *1952: USAF 127th PTG. *1952: USAF 3600th PTW. *1953: New Jersey ANG 119th FIS. *1954: New Jersey ANG 141st FIS. *12/1956: Written off as economically unfit to repair. P-84B-36-RE (F-84B) s/n 46-654 *1948: USAF 20th FG. *1950: New York ANG 138th FS. *1952: USAF 127th PTG. *1952: USAF 3600th PTW. *1953: New Jersey ANG 141st FS. *12/1956: Written off as economically unfit to repair. I assume the anti-glare areas would be olive drab but I have no idea about the areas on the wing tip tank or the vertical stab. Also I am not sure what else would appear on the vertical stab since the wing tank is obscuring it. Any help would be appreciated, Thank you, Gene
