  1. Yeah, it is same here. I've been to Prague and it is one of the best places in Europe to be. I went there in 1988. I imagine if they were free since 1968. MiniArt has a T-54B as well and I too wonder will it feature that option inside. It is too very interesting subject.
  2. Two days ago was 50th anniversary of the Prague Spring. Although not LSP related, this was very sad moment in the Europe's history and touching for all the countries within the Warsaw Pact. This review was planned for release in the end of next week, but the anniversary and the fact that this tank was one of the main anti-heroes of the events pushed me towards releasing it sooner than planned. I have heard some stories that the regiment that my father served his compulsory service /he was T-34 driver/ was sent to Prague to participate. I have heard that the tanks /this regiment's, not the Soviet/ were unarmed, but whatever the case was I think it is insulting, especially for the Czechoslovakian people's intellect. And all of the free thinking Europeans of course. Today I saw an article where it was written that people from Prague torn out the street signs to confuse the army. What a nation, eh? Such a cumulative thinking, such a community self-determination. A true example for what free people should be. And of course - very sad part of the modern European history. This kit reviewed is a true masterpiece and if we ever live to see an aircraft kit done in that manner, we should be thankful! Please comment here or below the video, subscribe to the channel, share and like. Thank you for your time and I hope you will enjoy! This is my humble gift to those who suffered then. My greatest respects!
  3. For those of you who would prefer to stay home during New Year's Eve and lurk around the web scouting for their new model or accessories, we would like to give something from us! Happy New Year! May 2018 be more successful for you all in every way and bring joy, satisfaction and happiness!
  4. I would ask Kevin to do it. Plus this in case anyone missed it. Milan shows his abilities here very clearly: Even though this isn't his most devoted work, it becomes clear how far he can take a model. I can only imagine his work on a F-35B in 32nd scale. His favorite airplane with more than one options to be made movable.
  5. He is very talented young fella! What is really important is that it seems that all this happens with an ease when it comes down to Milan. In general I too fail to see the point in whatever moving parts in a model. Especially tanks with moving tracks and active suspension. This is a scale model and its essence is to stay in one place like a painting. I cannot imagine a painting that you can move and change constantly. But it is a matter of perception. Milan's Harrier for example is 3 built models into one - with all the three modes. I would prefer to build three different kits, bit that's me. To each his own I guess.

  10. Hey ColinR! Actually, couple of years ago, F's are my Fav's - a fellow member here, showed me how it can be done without a pre-designed masking set: I thought and told him that it was unnecessary hassle and yet - he did it. Quite nicely actually. However, I believe that there are very few with that sort of patience that will be able to cope with it by their own. It takes times and a lot of your nerves. No wonder why this and our 48th scale sets for MENG are so loved. By the way designing that mask set is done in a similar way like masking by yourself. A standard project takes X-days for completion. F-35s took 6 times X for happening. It was awful experience. Hopefully it worth it.
  11. A new set is out for Kitty Hawk's latest helo in 35th scale: https://dnmodels.com/product/canopy-windows-paint-mask-ah-6j-mh6j-little-bird/
  12. Hey Chuck! You are correct, this aircraft has been prepped for the show. And there is no wrong in doing a replica of that particular moment in time. I loved clean airplanes before but nowadays I prefer more weathered birds which is closer to reality. My fare share of Eagle encounters says that they don't look like the one in the pictures. Even though that is in reality, it's not real situation per se. Last picture of the tires is a perfect proof: after a car wash, tires look that, when they are being treated and this is good for 15 minutes or less. By the way I have never ever seen tires of an aircraft in that shape and I've spent my life around all kinds of birds. Pretty nice job of the maintenance team. Its great to have show planes in scale too though. P.S. I've never been that close to an Aggressor Eagle though, they might keep them cleaner. But I doubt it would be that much.
  13. Now we are talking serious LSP work! One of the greatest posted here. Ever. Thanx for sharing!
  14. Although too clean for my taste, I found this Eagle to be pretty great! Good job and I loved the decaling tutorial that was attached to that build. KUDOS!
  15. Due to the increased interest we decided to extend the Black Friday promotion for a bit more. For LS fans this deal might be even better since the sets are combined easily for the bigger discount! Come by to check it out: www.dnmodels.com

  18. It should work just fine. Just the basic measurements are taken from Tamiya. Theoretically they should be equal. Not yet. Maybe within couple of weeks we will have it 48th and 32nd scale.
