  1. Hi I did that, copied the "direct link" en end with extension.jpg, but still doesn't work ...annoying
  2. Hmm I have uploaded images at postimages.org but get error when trying to copy the links in the post, have tried different ones of links also but get "red" in the field. hmmm
  3. Ok thank you for the info, I guessed it was something like that required, but is this storage website free? 🙂
  4. Hi guy's I have designed some late 109 noses including the Erla G10 in 1/32 and made prints intended mainly for Revell conversion but also for Trumpeter kits. Maybe there is some interest for this, but I'm not a "business" guy more an engineer and model builder doing stuff mainly for my own use even though I have sold prints earlier on other stuff and having a WNF G10 and the Erla G10 scaled down to 48th and ongoing test builds by a guy in Brazil. 🙂 I thought I'll share some images but I don't understand how that works here via a URL link? 😅
  5. I didn't ment to be to "negative", but thought one could have discussion and be "open" on what one find on the decal suggestions in this case, my intent was not to be a critique in that sense, sorry for that, 🙂 But today you can't have any "critique" on anything...one should just be happy for what's released, here Kotare is not acting like this though and even asking for suggestions and support, kudos to them, but when one post things one need to be open for opinions and good and bad feedback. I leave it at that 🙂 Take care and keep up the good work Gunnar
  6. Hmm just examples..like if not used the unitshields could be used for other projects for instance, JG4 with the knight symbol or the red hertz is not so common on decals in this scale to my knowledge..as said just an example and idea..what unit was not the point I'm after, just that I feel the sheet could have been filled with more "relevant" stuff 😉
  7. I just wrote that 🙂 another aircraft (number) maybe unit insignia, JG77, JG4 or whatever, but understand it needs to be connected to a specific plane of course but an extra option from a unit would be more interesting than to ad stars and spots for the fin 🙂 But that's just my opinion 😉
  8. Yes I understand Radu, but my point was that the "space" on the sheet could be used for something extra like another number option perhaps 😉
  9. Nice discussion here and really looking forward to get the hands on the two preordered kits 🙂 Seeing the decals I'm a bit dissapointed though..So many "german" options to choose from, so why add a "US" marking, that would be so easy to do yourself and wonder how many would choose that option frankly? 😉 Could the swastikas be "separated" in a simplier way, like in two sections..this seam a bit overdone. Also having the sharp edge dots on the fin as decals? can cause difficult to match that colour as you have to add those first to be able to see the "final" colour when applied, also takes up space on the sheet, but I really like the wnr numbers, here you can make your own. 😉 Some of you may know I have done 3D of noses to update Revell but also Trumpteter, I have recently done some updates and looked more into the side fairing variantions between Mtt Reg, Wnf/Diana etc. I will show some progress shots of my 1/32 later in the "in progress" Cheers Gunnar
  10. Hi Wayne I can help as I have done the spinner. Not "complete" internally, can share some images later, but you have probably seen my design on "late" 109's ;-)
  11. Hi This was new info to me :-) The images for their Bf 109 G10 shows their intention to do a "Erla" built G10, BUT looking at the images I must say this is a huge dissapointment. I have researched this variant closely and made a design of the nose area. These images shows very poor resemblence of the real thing unfortunately. Cheers Gunnar
  12. Thanks for your input guys :-) I h,ave designed new noses that seams to fit Trumpeter kits also, though the side fairings on the G10 and K4 needs to be "wider" at the firewall section, but that can be fixed with some work. But overall dimensions except the nose is acceptable I think, though as I mentioned it lacks finer details etc in areas..but one should also consider the price. :-) Regards/ Gunnar
  13. Hi I also have wondered what's not so accurate with the Trumpeter 109 G especially kits? I'm aware of the nose shape of the G10 and K4, could be better, same with the G6. The kit lacks finesse and some details and ejector pin marks in cockpit area etc, but general dimensions I think is pretty good. I also think they get some unfair critique, maybe some could get some more in detail what is wrong that has a major impact of the apperance than just state it's "not accurate" etc :-) Cheers Gunnar
  14. Hi again Ray Hmmm sorry to say but those are not up to the quality and need that I want unfortunately. These must be ”old” design as the JG1 emblem is wrong to, should be black circle I saw a JG 4 build here in 1/24 but those decals used was correct, I thought it could be these but no. but thank you for your answer and help but I will pass on these. Best regards/ Gunnar
  15. Hi guys I'm working on a 1/24 Bf 109 G 10 Erla conversion and I'm thinking of doing a machine from JG 4. I noticed a G6 build by Jindrich Kulhavy here and I wonder if there is JG4 knight shield emblems in 1/24th scale avaliable as decals or masks? :-) Best regards/ Gunnar
