LSP_K2
OK, fellas, I have a dilemma here. I have this old tattered print from a B-17 model of some sort, but have no recollection of what kit it came from. Aurora, Lindberg, Revell, I mean I really have no idea, though I think it was a 1:72 scale kit. Can anyone clearly identify what kit this came from? Thanks a bunch,
Aerobat
How big is it? It looks to me like Aurora as it's the box art for the 12 O'clock High set that had three small scale B-17s on a stand in formation. http://www.oldmodelkits.com/index.php?detail=19996 Gary

LSP_K2
That may be well be correct, I had that kit when I was a kid. This thing is all tattered and yellow with age, and I'd like to hunt down another. Was the Aurora kit the one that had falling bomb decals for the base? That's just the way I remember it. 3D section of "target" for the base and bomb (plus explosion) decals for the vertical arms supporting the B-17s from the bomb bays. Awesome! Thanks. Now I just need to hunt down a clean copy.
krow113
Last one I saw on ebay went for $380.00 if I remember correctly. A real collectors item.

OK then, perhaps I don't really need one after all. Perhaps I can Photoshop this one a tad.
CATCplSlade
Looks like more than a "tad" might be needed. If you just want the print perhaps you could search and see if anyone is selling just that component? I know that people often sell the color photos that Bandai included in their first run of 1/48 scale armor kits on ebay; been tempted to sell mine at times. Those are pretty cheap, and I imagine the B-17's would be pricier due to age and scarcity, but that is a possible venue.
LSP_K2
Good point, as I don't really want the kit, though it was really neat at the time I thought. And yes, a tad was probably an understatement. Despite having a couple hundred filters, I've never even come close to mastering the program. Also, a brief Google search confirms that it was the Aurora kit.
